We generate your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and confirm them at your own nameservers. Nothing is switched on until they resolve.

Incoming mail is scored and filtered before it reaches you, so nobody on your side has to build or maintain filter rules.
DMARC reports in plain language
Who sent mail using your domain last month, in a sentence instead of XML: how many systems, which ones are yours, and which are not.

Before you move your mail.
- Do I need to move my website?
- No. Mail and websites are separate records in DNS. We only add mail records, and whatever serves your site keeps serving it.
- Will my mail go to spam?
- That is mostly decided by SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the reputation of the server your mail leaves from. We configure all four, and we will not activate a domain until the records are confirmed live at your nameservers.
- What happens to a mailbox I delete?
- It stops receiving immediately, and the mail stays on disk for 30 days in case it was a mistake. After that it is permanently deleted.
- What if a payment fails?
- Mail keeps working for 14 days, and we email you three times before anything stops. Nothing is deleted because a card expired.
- Can I use my own mail app?
- Yes. It is standard IMAP and SMTP over TLS, and the settings screen gives you the host, ports and username to paste in. There is also webmail in the browser if you would rather not set one up.
